But even knowing this information is only a beginning. The 50+ population is incredibly diverse in terms of race/ethnicity, income level, education, gender and sexual orientation, and ability.

They also possess an impressive array of assets and needs. Individuals may be at different stages in terms of work and/or retirement, have different financial needs or health concerns, and seeking different pathways to living engaged and fulfilling lives.

It's important to acknowledge and understand these issues in order to create opportunities, craft marketing messages, and find appropriate ways to support people age 50+ in your organization.
